Samuel Crowfoot, son of Joseph, was born in Springfield, Massachusetts 13 Oct 1665.^[1]

Samuel married (1) about 1692 Mary Warner (6 Jan 1672/3- 9 April 1702) daughter of Isaac and Sarah (Boltwood) Warner of Hadley, Northfield and Deefield.^[1]

He married (2) 30 Nov 1704, Mrs Abigail (Dickinson) Craft / Croft (-1714), daughter of John and Frances (Foote) Dickinson of Hadley, Massachusetts.^[1]

Samuel left Springfield early, moved to Hadley and was probably a farmer there.^[1]

Samuel Crowfoot of Hadley and Springfield was appointed administrator of the estate of Joseph Crowfoot, senior, deceased, of Springfield. Dated at Hatfield 26 April 1727. Brainard speculates that this was some part of the estate of Joseph (d. 1678), but there is also his brother Joseph, who died about 1722 and several other Joseph Crowfoots by 1727.^[1]

He bought land in Springfield from Michael Tousley in 1718.^[1]

He died probably in Hadley, Hampshire Co. 10 Oct 1733/4.^[1] His rudely carved gravestone can still be read at the Old Hadley Cemetery, Hadley, Hampshire, Massachusetts, USA^[2]
